Student Mental Health Toolkit

For Parents, For Teachers & Principals

The Stigma-Free Society is a BC-based charity that aims to reduce stigma of all kinds, with a focus on the stigma around mental health.

Their Student Mental Health Toolkit is created for all youth, educators, school counsellors, and parents/guardians who want to promote mental wellness for Grades 4-7 and 8-12.

All educators can gain full access to the Toolkit by requesting a free registration link.
